What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, timezone.
• Coaching data: training logs, weights, photos, check-ins, chat history.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer ID and subscription status.
• Operational telemetry: error logs, request metrics, LLM usage.

How we use it

Your data is used to power your personal coach: agents read your logs, knowledge, and chat history to generate responses. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve the platform.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service: Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (LLM inference), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your account from Settings > Account. On deletion all rows tied to your user ID are removed within 30 days; backups roll off within 90 days.
